HOW TO REACH BY AIR: (1) Indirect to Anguilla (AXA) on American Eagle via P.R. (2) Indirect to Juliana St Maarten (SXM) then Air Transfer to AXA or take taxi from Juliana to Marigot Harbor where ferries depart every 40 minutes until 7pm with one late boat at 10pm.

DEPOSIT: 3 nights deposit by check or money order,  due and payable to Lambert Ventures, P.O. Box 344, Concord, MA 01742 within 14 days of confirmation to hold reservation.

BALANCE can be prepaid 30 days before arrival date, or paid with VISA or MC upon 'check-in' at ArBron Villas.

POLICY: Must cancel 30 days (summer) or 60 days (winter) prior to arrival to avoid loss of DEPOSIT. Rates quoted are for up to four persons per unit -- additional person charge - including children - is $50 per night.

FACILITIES: 8 units: 4 - 2 BR front villas built 1999/2000 ~ 2 first / 2 second floor units;   4 - 2 BR back villas built 2004/2005 ~ 2 first / 2 second floor units. Each villa has master bedroom with king size bed / private bath, 2nd bedroom with 1 double & 1 twin size bed / 2nd bath. All have fully equipped kitchen, living / dining area, and covered patio or terrace. All villas have ceiling fans, air-conditioning in both bedrooms, 6-day maid service, towels, telephones, cable TV, VCR, DVD player, CD player and chaise lounges.  Mango's Bar and Restaurant within walking distance.  Nearby Coral Reefs provide excellent snorkeling. Front villas are on the beach!

Enjoy ~ outdoor pool and two Jacuzzis.

SERVICES: Laundry , Babysitting with 24 hour notice,   SCUBA and other water sports can be arranged by ArBron. (see listing of dive sites)

TRANSPORTATION: taxi or rental car.  NOTE: There are 32 beaches and about 71 restaurants on Anguilla. To enjoy and take full advantage of the island, it is recommended that guests rent a car.

CHILDREN: All ages are accepted; cribs available upon request; outdoor play yard.

OTHER: Dress is informal. Mandatory passport for entry. NO PETS.
